My name is Norry Otte ( CE Otte) and I live in Christiana South Africa. I am the reborn artist behind all the babies you will see on my Facebook page. My babies are entirely made by myself with no help. I love this babies and when I get a new sculpt I can’t wait to see the end result. Every baby is unique and no one will ever look exactly the same.
